Exchanges

It's important to us that you love your hand created item as much as we loved making it. If you do wish to exchange for a different colour or style please get in touch within 5 days of receiving your order.

We are here to help and provide the best service we can, if you have any questions please email kenzy@yarnly.nz 

Please note that special custom order sales are final and can not be returned, exchanged or refunded.

Refunds & Returns

We do not offer refunds but we will happily exchange for another available item that is of equal or greater value than the item purchased. 

All returns must be in original condition, unused, unaltered and unwashed with all original packaging and tags attached.

Once the returned item has been looked over and meets our requirements, a replacement will be dispatched at Yarnly's expense and an email will be sent with the relevant tracking information.  

Taxes

All taxes and duties are the responsibility of the purchaser, please email us if you have any questions.
